We Deliver to the West London area, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 8pm.
We do not deliver at weekends.
All of our deliveries are free of charge and include Same Day, Next Day and 3-5 days.
Same Day deliveries are only available on in-stock products and must be ordered by 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be available for
Next Day delivery.
The 3-5 Day delivery service will give you the option at checkout of a delivery date from 3-5 days after ordering.
If there is a specific date that you'd like your product delivered, you can select a delivery date up to a month in advance.
You will be sent a text with a 4-hour time slot on the morning of the delivery.
Your delivery timeslot will be based on your location and any additional installation services that you have ordered.
Our drivers will contact you to give you an update closer to the time of delivery to ensure that somebody is there to accept it.
Once they have arrived, the delivery drivers will carry the appliance into your room of choice. They will complete any installation or removal services that you may have ordered.
If you are no longer able to be there for your selected date of delivery, please call us by midday the day before. Any cancellation or rescheduling after this time may be subject to charges.
In addition to delivering your new appliance, our expert engineers can provide a removal service, if you are replacing an old appliance, and an installation service of your new appliance. They can also connect and integrate new appliances and take the packaging away for recycling.
