If your product is returned, uninstalled, and undamaged, you will be issued a full refund.
If the product has been installed/used, you may be entitled to a refund of up to 50% but this will be subject to inspection, and deductions will be made for damages and missing components.
If you wish to return the product yourself, you are liable for any theft or damages that may occur during transit. We strongly recommend you use a service that provides damage liability coverage and get proof of collection and delivery of the product. Dometrix will not accept any responsibility for loss or damages that may occur during transit.
If you wish for Dometrix to collect your appliance we can provide this service. We will only collect from the same property that we delivered to. We will agree on a collection date and you will be given a 4-hour time slot on the morning of collection. Our collection team will inspect the appliance at your property for any damages or signs of installation or use.
You will be charged our current collection fee for this service.
Note: All refunds will be made within 14 days of the product returning to our warehouse.
If you receive a product that is faulty, you can return it within 30 days from when you have received the product.

We will first try to solve the problem over the phone in case it is something simple such as a connection error. If this cannot be achieved, we will come to see it and try to solve the issue. We will collect the appliance free of charge if the issue cannot be simply resolved. You will be provided with a replacement of the product or a refund if you’d prefer.
