Full Installation and Removal Service
Our engineers will disconnect your old appliance. Connect your new appliance to electrical supply and fix the cupboard doors to the front of it and make it as uniformly to the rest of the kitchen as the current units allow. They will test the appliance to ensure that there are no leaks and that the appliance functions correctly
REMOVAL OF OLD APPLIANCE:
We will take your old appliance away once we have finished delivering/installing your new one. Please ensure that the appliance has been emptied prior to the engineer's arrival.
REMOVAL AND RECYCLING OF PACKAGING:
We will take away and recycle the packaging that comes with your new appliance.
Please ensure the following before ordering our connection services
- There is enough space for the new appliance (check appliance dimensions)
- The doors of the new fridge freezer will align with your cupboard doors (llok out for 70/30 or 50/50)
- The correct supply outlet electrical connection within 1.5m
- Please clear the service area, including adjacent cupboards that may need to be accessed to get to electrical connections.
- Ensure that the relevant kitchen cupboard door is in a fit state to be fixed to the appliance.
Choosing your delivery date:
Our delivery options include Same Day, Next Day and 3-5 Days and are available Monday – Friday 7:30am – 6pm. We do not deliver at weekends.
Same Day is available on selected products if ordered by 3pm. Orders made after 3pm will be delivered the next day. Same Day deliveries are made between 3pm and 6pm.
Next Day delivery means that a product is available for delivery the following day, but you can choose to have a later delivery date at checkout.
3 – 5 Days delivery will give you the option at checkout of a delivery date 3-5 days after ordering.
Once your order has been placed
You will be sent a text with a 4-hour time slot on the morning of the delivery.
Your delivery timeslot will be based on your location and any additional installation services that you have ordered.
Our drivers will contact you to give you an update closer to the time of delivery to ensure that somebody is there to accept it.
Once they have arrived, the delivery drivers will carry the appliance into your room of choice. They will complete any installation or removal services that you may have ordered.
If you are no longer able to be there for your selected date of delivery, please call us by midday the day before. Any cancellation or rescheduling after this time may be subject to charges.
