Delivery Information
Choosing your delivery date:

Our delivery options include Same Day, Next Day and 3-5 Days and are available Monday ? Friday 7:30am ? 6pm. We do not deliver at weekends.

Same Day is available on selected products if ordered by 3pm. Orders made after 3pm will be delivered the next day. Same Day deliveries are made between 3pm and 6pm.

Next Day delivery means that a product is available for delivery the following day, but you can choose to have a later delivery date at checkout.

3 ? 5 Days delivery will give you the option at checkout of a delivery date 3-5 days after ordering.

Once your order has been placed

You will be sent a?text with a 4-hour time slot?on the morning of the delivery.

Your delivery timeslot will be?based on your location and any additional installation services?that you have ordered.

Our drivers will contact you to give you an?update closer to the time of delivery?to ensure that somebody is there to accept it.

Once they have arrived, the delivery drivers will carry the appliance into your room of choice. They will complete any installation or removal services that you may have ordered.

If you are no longer able to be there for your selected date of delivery, please call us by midday the day before.?Any cancellation or rescheduling after this time may be subject to charges.
